Jake Rose is an award winning composer that has been actively scoring film, videos, video games and more for over ten years. As a classically-trailed composer and guitarist, Jake received his Bachelor of Music in Composition from Portland State University while studying with the world-renowned composer Kenji Bunch.

 

His classical music has been performed in Germany, South Korea, and in his home base Portland, Oregon by Fear No Music featuring principal members of the Oregon Symphony. His chamber music has won first prize Chamber Music NW's Composition Competition. He recently attended the premiere of The Made Man, his first full-length feature as a film composer.

Jake is also composer, guitarist, and vocalist for experimental progressive rock bands National Diet and Rainbow Face who played at 2022 festival SeaProg in Seattle.
